The officers of Old Tbilisi Police Division and Patrol Police Officers as a result of jointly held immediate operative-investigative activities detained Nodar N. at the place of crime (DoB 1959) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that being under the alcohol influence, Nodar N. murdered Aleksandre G. (DoB 1980) with a firearm on the basis of conflict. The crime took place in “Kalak Proekti” building located on Aghmashenebeli Avenue.
Police detained the mentioned person at the place of crime. The weapon of murder was seized by the law enforcers. He has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 and article 236, I and II parts of the Criminal Code.
