The officers of Imereti, Racha-lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti Regional Main Division detained Davit G. (DoB 1973) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that detainee wounded three persons with a cold steel on the basis of conflict in the village of Kvitiri, Tskaltubo district. Due to the received traumas one of the victims – Levan Jalahgonia (DoB 1978) died at shortly after he was admitted to the hospital.
Law enforcers detained Davit G. in several minutes after crime took place.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
