The officers of second section of Detectives’ division of Tbilisi Police Main Division as a result of investigative activities based on the operative information detained the citizen of United Mexican States Alexsander K (DoB 1974) on the fact of swindling in Tbilisi.
Investigation established, that during 2014-2015, the detainee promised citizens of Georgia to organize travel and employment in Canada and and in return illegally appropriated 170 000 GEL.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of swindling, article 180, III part, sub-paragraph B of the Criminal Code.
