The officers of Akhalcikhe policie division of Samtckhe-Javakheti regional main division as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Grigori M (Dob 1992) on the fact of keeping of excise goods subject without excise stamps in village Khurugumo, Ninotcminda district.
Investigation established that Grigori M. kept 29 bottles of Armenian cognac which had not excise stamps. The law enforcers seized abovementioned items from the house of detainee as evidence. Price of seized bottles amounted 5475 GEL.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of Production, Keeping, Sale of Excise Goods Subject to Stamping without Excise Stamps , Article 200 II part of Criminal Code of Georgia.
