The officers of Kvemo Kartli regional division of the Central Criminal Police Department as a resut of searching and investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained previously convicted Arop A. (DoB 1969) for plotting armed assault.
Investigation established that detainee plotted the armed assault on the family of Telman Kh. residing in Jandara village for appropriating cash in especially large quantities.
As a result of the operative-investigataive activities Arip A. was detained in Jandara village in vvicinities of the house owned by Telman Kh. when he was trying to accomplish his plot. Policeman seized knife, electro shocker and rubber gloves.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of plotting armed assault, article 19-179 envisaged by the Criminal Code.
