The officers of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Regional Main Division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Emzar B.(Dob 1988) and exposed convicted in the past Davit Sh. (Dob1990) and convicted in the past Archil N.(Dob 1990) for armed robbery.
Investigation established that detainee along with his accomplices commited armed robbery on encashment vechicle owned by microfinancial organization “Sviss kredit”. Criminals could not extorted cash due to the resistance of employees of “Swiss kredit”. Members of criminal group fled from the crime scene. Nobody injured during the accident. Two cartridges of gun has already seized by the law enforcers.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of armed robbery committed by group, Article 179 part II.
