The officers f Imereti regional division of Central Criminal Police Deparatment as a result of special operative activities detained previously convicted for grave crimes –Zaza K. (DoB 1978) for drug crime in Senaki.
During the personal search law enforcers seized six packages of drugs, which contained 0,181953gr of heroin.
Drug test revealed that Zaza K. was under the drug influence in the moment of his detention.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of the illegal purchase and keeping of drugs repeatedly, article 260, II part, sub-paragraph F and on the fact of using drugs repeatedly, article 273 of the Criminal Code.
