The officers of Chokhatauri police division of Guria police department along with the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of jointly held operative-searching and investigative activities detained several times convicted in past and currently wanted by Samtredia police-Zaur G.
Investigation established that on November 2, 2014 Zaur. along with his accomplice Gocha T. (DoB 1976) illegally appropriated leather jacket and cash from the certain person and fled from the place of crime afterwards. As a result of the operative-searching and investigative activities Gocha T. was detained several hours later. Zaur G. is also under arrest at the moment, he has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of robbery committed in group, article 178, III part, sub-paragraph A and D of the Criminal Code.
