The officers of Gurjaani police division of Kakheti police department as a result of the investigative activities detained Sh.M. (DoB 1973) in Bakurtskhe village for illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms.
During the searching activities held in detainee’s vehicle law enforcers seized „MAUZER-WERKE A.G.OBERNDORF“unregistered pistol with magazine and 5 bullets.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms, article 236, II part, II and III parts of the Criminal Code.
