The officers of Kakheti Regional Main Division as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Neli Kh. for providing lodging to prostitution.
Investigation established that Neli Kh. rented rooms of her house, located in Gurjaani and provided lodging to prostitution for certain amount of cash. She also assisted females involved in prostitution in finding clients.
Law enforcers already questioned four females as witnesses.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of providing lodging to prostitution, article 254 of the Criminal Code.
