The officers of Gardabani Division of Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative- searching and investigational activities detained previously convicted Aladin I. (D.o.B.:1986) on the fact of stealing.
The investigation established that the accused stole electric tools from the wood workshop located in Gardabani region and fled from the scene.
During the search of a detainee`s house and yard the law enforcers except to the electric tools stolen from the wood workshop seized "F-1" type hand grenade, cut gun – so called “Obrez”, 6.81 gr of dried marijuana and 2 cannabis roots. The detainee has already pleaded guilty.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of steeling, illegal purchase and keeping of drugs, illegal sowing, growing or cultivation of plants containing narcotics and illegal purchase and storage of firearms (sub-clauses “a” and “b” of the part II and sub-clause “b” of the part III of the Article 177, part I of the Article 260, sub-clause “a” of the part II of the Article 265 of the part II of the Article 236 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
