The officers of Isani-Samgori division of Tbilisi Police Department along with the officers of “Darial” border check point of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Main Division of the Patrol Police Department as a result of joint operative –searching and investigative activities detained in Darial gorge Ramin I. (DoB: 1986) wanted by Isani-Samgori Division from 2015 for premeditated murder.
The investigation established that the detainee on December 28, 2015 in Ponichala as a result of conflict raised on religious basis wounded with a cold arm his villager Pikrat A. (DoB: 1993) and fled from the place of crime. The wounded Pikrat A. died in the hospital on December 30, 2015.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder (Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
