The officers of Tkibuli police division of Imereti, racha-lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti police department as a result of jointly held operative-investigative activities detained previously convicted D.J. (DoB 1984) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that on March 29, based on the vengeance, detainee inflicted lethal injuries to Sh.M (DoB 1969) with several shots from the pistol. The incident took place in vicinities of the Mindelil shaft. Due to the received injuries the victim died at the place of crime. law enforcers managed to detain Sh.M. three days later in Tkibuli. The weapon of crime was seized by police.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
