The officers of Central Criminal Police Department as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Azerbaijani citizen residing in Tbilisi Aleksandre L. (DoB 1978) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large amounts.
As a result of searching activities held in the detainee’s apartment law enforcers seized 17,3596gr of heroin and 102,7503gr of opium.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large amounts, article 260, III part, envisaging up to 12 years of imprisonment. Investigation is conduvted by the officers of Central Criminal Police Department.
