The officers of Kutaisi police division as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Davit Tch. for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
As a result of the personal search law enforcers seized 20 pills of subutex drug wrapped in 4 packages which according to expertise contains 0,157 gr of buprenorphine. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, III part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
