The officers of Imereti Regional Main Division as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Gegi L. (DoB 1988) in Kutaisi for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the personal search police seized methadone, buprenorphine and heroin. Drug test revealed that detainee was drug-addicted person.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, III part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
