The officers of Marneuli police division of Kvemo Kartli police department as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of the operative information detained G.M. (DoB 1991) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the personal search of the detainee law enforcers seized 24 packages of drug substance, which according to expertise contains 3,3478gr of heroin. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, VI part, sub-paragraph A of the criminal Code.
