The officers of Central Criminal Police Department of MIA as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Mamuka A. (DoB 1983) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the personal search law enforcers seized 26 packages of drug which according to the results of expertise contains 10,2177gr of heroin.
Drug test revealed that detainee was drug-addicted person.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities (article 260, III part, sub=paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
