The officers of Central Criminal Police Department as a result of activities held on the basis of operative information detained Mamikon K. (DoB 1973) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the searching activities held in the detainee’s apartment, police seized 73 packages of drug substance, which according to expertise contains 9,8183gr of heroin drug.
Drug test revealed that detainee was under the influence of amphetamine and marijuana in the moment of his detention.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, III part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
