The officers of Detectives’ division of Tbilisi Police Main Division, as a result of operative-investigative activities detained the resident of Gardabani, previously convicted Mamik M. (DoB 1974) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities in Tbilisi.
During the personal search law enforcers seized 11,327gr drug substance, which contains 1,14176 gr of heroin according to the results of expertise.
It was also established that detainee was under the drug influence in the moment of his detention.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, III part of the Criminal Code.
