The officers of Tskaltubo police unit of Imereti Regional Main Division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Vasil J. in Tskaltubo (DoB 1994) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
As a result of the personal search law enforcers seized 0,73 gr of drug substance containing 0,3285gr of heroin as concluded by the results of the expertise.
According to the drug test the detainee was under the drug influence in the moment of his detention.
Vasil J. has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantitiesm article 260, II part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
