The officers of Detectives and District Inspectors Division and Ajara Regional Main Division as a result of jointly held operative-investigative activities detained many times convicted in past- Irakli S. (DoB 1979) in Zestaponi for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the personal search of the detainee law enforcers seized 13,88 gr of narcotic which according to the conclusion of expertise contains 4,224gr of heroin. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, III part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
