The officers of Kvemo Kartli regional division of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of searching and investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained previously convicted Ramin A. (DoB 1980) in Ponitchala for illegal purchase, keeping and selling drugs.
Investigation established that detainee sold drugs on the regular basis. Law enforcers also found out that detainee sold one package of drug the day before his arrest which according to expertise contained 0,0031 gr of heroin. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and selling drugs, article 260, I part, sub-paragraph IV of the Criminal Code.
