The officers of Vake-Saburtalo police division as a result of immediate operative-investigative activities Mamuka D. (DoB 1997) was detained for causing Less Serious Damage to Health on Purpose.
Investigation established that detainee inflicted injury in chest area to Bachana Tch. (Dob 1999) on the basis of conflict that took place on Tamarashvili Street, Tbilisi. After the mentioned incident offender left the crime scene. The wounded person was transferred to the hospital by the ambulance, at this moment his condition of health is normal.
As a result of immediate operative-investigative activities law enforcers detained Mamuka D. several hours later.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of causing Less Serious Damage to Health on Purpose, article 118, I part of the Criminal Code.
