The officers of first division of Central Criminal Department of Mia as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Luka S. (Dob1992) for illegal purchase and keeping of psychotropic drugs.
During the searching activities held in the house of detainee law enforcers seized 135 plates of the so called “bio” which is analog to “LSD” and according to the expertise belongs to the new psychoactive substances.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of for illegal purchase and keeping of psychoactive drugs, article 260, I part, the committed crime envisages up to 5 years of imprisonment.
