The officers of Dusheti regional division of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Regional Main Division as a result of searching activities held on the basis of operative information detained Lasha V. (DoB 1986) in Bulachauri village. The mentioned person was wanted by Isani-Samgori police division from February 10, 2010.
On May 7 of 2009 Lasha V. inflicted severe health injury to a certain citizen owning to which he was sentenced by the court in absentia for 7 years of imprisonment in absentia for hooliganism(article 238) and causing serious intentional health injury (article 117).
The mentioned crime was committed by Lasha V. when he was under probationary sentence. Investigation established that on February 26 of 2006 he was sentenced to probation by the Supreme Court for committing robbery on December 14, 2006.
The detainee has been transferred to penitentiary facility N8.
