The officers of Dusheti police division and Mtskheta-Mtianeti Regional Main Division as a result of joint investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained previously convicted Temur V. (DoB 1984) for theft.
Police detained Temur V. when he was carrying stolen items in Dusheti. Investigation established that detainee worked as a security officer at Dusheti archeological base where he stole exhibition objects from the museum in April-May of 2014. Stolen items have been seized by police as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing, aarticle 177 II part, sub-paragraaph B of the Criminal Code.
