The officers of the Sagarejo regional division of Kakheti police department as a result of the operative-searching and investigative activities Shahin B. (DoB 1996) Sirkhan A. (DoB 1992) Nurbara Kh. (DoB 1994) and Tarjin J. (DoB 1995) for stealing committed by the group.
Investigation established that Sirkhan A. Nurbara Kh. and Tarjin J. penetrated the local office of the “Liberty Bank” located in Lambalo village, stole safe, plastic agro-cards and fled from the place of crime. It was also established that all of the detainees stole cattle from the farm in Udabno village.
As a result of the operative-investigative activities policemen managed to detain the mentioned persons several days later in Lambalo village. Stolen safe was found din the water channel located in Lambalo village while from the house of Nurbaba Kh. Policemen seized plastic agro-cards as evidence. During searching activities held in Sirkhan A’s house law enforcers seized the cut gun and 8 bullets, while as a result of the personal search held to Shahin B. pistol with cartridge and 7 bullets were seized. Police officers found part of the stolen cattle in Lambalo village. Detainees have already pleaded guilty.
Investigation against all of the detainees is in progress on the fact of stealing, article 177, II part, B sub-clause, part III, sub-clause A, part IV, sub-clause B.
Investigation against Sirkhan A. is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms, against Shahin B. –on the fact of illegal purchase carrying and keeping of firearms (article 236, I and II parts) investigation against Tajir J. is in progress on the fact of concealing the crime and assistance in stealing. Article 375 and 24-177 envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
