The officers of Tbilisi Police Department along with Old Tbilisi Police Division, as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained previously convicted three persons: N.M. (DoB 1995) O.T. (DoB 1991) - for premeditated murder and B.Ch. (DoB 1994) for non-reporting the crime.
Investigation established that N.M. and O.T. wounded G.Sh. on Ivane javakhishvili Street with the automatic weapon on the basis of the conflict and fled from the place of crime. due to the received injuries the victim died after he was transferred to the hospital.
Two accused persons were detained by police on the second day after the crime took place while the third one was taken under arrest at Sarpi border crossing point. Policemen seize 13 cartridge-cases and 5 fragments of the bullet as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder committed under aggravating circumstances, posing threat to others lives and health and on the fact of non-reporting the crime as well as on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms, article 109, 376, 236 of the Criminal Code.
