The officers of Isani-Samgori division of Mia as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Ade O (Dob 1988) for causing serious intentional health injury.
Investigation revealed that detainee inflicted serious intentional health injury to the driver of bus #19 Valerian E. (Dob 1964) due to which the abovementioned person died in the crime place in Zemo Fonitchala, Tbilisi. Law enforcers managed to detain Ade O. on the second day in Tbilisi.
Investigation is in progress under the article 117 II part of the criminal Code, (Intentional serious damage to health that, has resulted in death).
