The officers of Vake-Saburtalo Division of the MIA, as a result of operative-investigational measures detained G.G. (D.o.B.: 1962) for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in large quantities.
During personal search of the detainee and his house the law enforcers seized Kalashnikov automatic rifle, 3 magazines and 90 bullets, also, the drugs - amphetamine and methamphetamine.
The investigation is in progress on the facts of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and illegal purchase and keeping of drugs (part I of the article 260 and part II of the article 236, the Criminal Code of Georgia).
