The officers of Central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained previously convicted for drug crime, Gela N. (DoB 1968) in Tbilisi for illicit purchase and keeping of psychotropic drugs.
As a result of searching activities held in detainee’s vehicle police seized 370 pills of “kolord Asteria” which according to the result of expertise contains 11,1 gr of pseudo ephedrine.
Drug test also revealed that detainee was drug-addicted person and had consumed amphetamine and methamphetamine drugs. He has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illicit purchase and keeping of psychotropic drugs, article 261, III part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
