The officers of third division of Old Tbilisi Division of MIA as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Giorgi N. (Dob 1985) for inflicting less serious damage to health.
Investigation established that on the basis of conflict detainee inflicted multiply injuries to Mamuka Kh. with firearm and fled from the crime scene. Victim was transferred to the hospital. At the moment condition of the victim’s health is satisfactory.
Investigation also revealed that Mamuka Kh. had firearm, registered on his name however he had no permit for carrying it. Law enforcers seized the above mentioned firearm registered on Mamuka Kh. name as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of inflicting less serious damage to health, Article 118 part I and on the fact of illicit carrying of firearm, 236 Article, I and II parts of the Criminal Code.
