As a result of search and investigative measures conducted on the basis of operative information the officers of the I Unit of Vake-Saburtalo Division of the MIA detained Phridon A. (D.o.B. 1978) in Tbilisi on the fact of intentional damage dangerous for health.
The investigation showed that on April 22 in Cholokashvili ave. Tbilisi the accused – out of jealousy - inflicted multiple injuries to his former spouse Sophio A. with a knife and fled away from the scene.
Phridon A. admits his guilt. He also admitted the murder of two ladies committed by him in 2008 in Lilo settlement, Tbilisi.
The investigation is underway on the facts of intentional dangerous damage to health and premeditated murder in aggravated circumstances (I part of the article 117 and article 109, the Criminal Code of Georgia).
