The officers of the Old Tbilisi police division and central Criminal Police Deparatment as a result of the jointly held investigative activities detained Kakha (DoB. 1997) and Geronti M. (DoB 1999) for swindle and intentionally causing less serious damage to health.
Investigation established that on Meskhishvili Street Nika S. born in 2001 was deprived of his mobile phone by swindling. Criminals fled from the place of crime.
Investigation established that an hour later Kakha B. inflicted injury to Lado K. (DoB 1998) and fled from the place of crime along with his accomplice Geronti M. the wounded minor was transferred to the hospital by the ambulance crew. His health is no longer in danger.
As a result of the operative-searching activities Kakha B. and geronti M. were detained on Dadiani Street, the weapon of crime was seized. The mobile phone was also seized. Both of the detainees have already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of swindle and intentionally causing less serious damage to health, articles 180 and 118 of the Criminal Code.
