The officers of Samtskhe-Javakheti Regional Main Division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained previously convicted Gocha Ch. (DoB 1974) at Akhaltsikhe central highway for illegal transportation of goods without excise stamps.
During the searching activities held in the detainee’s vehicle law enforcers seized 1500 boxes of Marlboro cigarette the price of which amounts to 4500 GEL. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress under the article 200, I part of the Criminal Code.
