The officers of Adjara Police Department along with Adjara division of the Patrol Police Department, as a result of jointly held activities, uncovered 5 facts of illegal cutting of the bushes and plants and facts of transporting timber materials without relevant documentation.
From the vehicles owned by the exposed persons, law enforcers seized ilegally obtained tree logs and wood planks.
Investigation is in progress under the article 303 I part of the criminal Code and article 128 (2) Offences IV part of the Code of Administrative Offences.
