The officers of Achara police department as a result of investigative activities, on the basis of operative information, detained citizen of Azerbaijan R.H. (DoB 1979) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities. The mentioned person was detained in vicinities of Sarpi BCP.
During the personal search of the detainee law enforcers seized 223 packages of drug substance which according to the expertise contains 1,7166gr of heroin. Police also seized 27 pills containing buprenorphine.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260,VI part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
