The officers of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti police department as a result of operative-investigative activities detained I.Q. (DoB 1980) in Sarpi for illegal purchase, keeping, carrying and smuggling of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the personal search law enforcers seized 43 pills of subutex drug which according to expertise contains 0,3418gr of buprenorphine.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of for illegal purchase, keeping, carrying and smuggling of drugs in especially large quantities, articles 262 IV part, sub-paragraph A and article 260, VI part, sub-paragraph IV, sub-paragraph A envisaged by the criminal Code.
