Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Archil Talakvadze held meeting with the team leader working on the EU Traffic Safety Regional Project Alan Ross and regional coordinator Maria Ivchenko.
At the meeting deputy minister familiarized managers of the EU Traffic Safety Regional Project with the main concepts and essence of the MIA traffic safety program. Sides discussed novelties in the field of the traffic safety and reviewed future cooperation in the scope of the program implementation.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs will be assisted by EU-funded TRACECA regional safety project in the process of traffic safety program facilitation and evaluation.
