Under the initiative of Giorgi Mgebrishvili it was established as a tradition that each year, children of the police officers fallen in the line of duty, receive presents and are taken to school by the Minister and other officials of the agency.
This year heads of Tbilisi, Achara, Kvemo Kartli and Shida Kartli police departments as well as heads of Vake-saburtalo police division, Marneuli reginal police department and deputy director of the Security Police congratulated children with the beginning of the school year on behalf of the Minister of Interior, handed out presents and took them to school.
