Employees of Special Tasks Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Patrol Police Department, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Police Department, Emergency Situations Management Service, Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs successfully participated in Georgian Judo Championship among veterans and won the first place in the respective weight categories. At the tournament, Zurab Doghanadze, Bezhan Chikhelidze, Ioseb Margvelashvili, Dimitri Muladze, Ramaz Chochishvili and Bukhuti Nikuradze defeated their opponents in the respective weight categories and won first places. In the same competition, Devi Gobejishvili and Jambul Mchedlishvili took the second and third places. The winners are also multiple prize winners of European and world tournaments. Employees of different departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs actively participate in similar tournaments.
