Citizen Lala Bezhanishvili called Patrol Police at Kazbegi Street N28. She reported about the conflict between her spouse Bidzina Muradashvili and their son. After receiving the report Patrol Police arrived at the scene.
As soon as Patrol Police entered the living block Bidzina Muradashvili opened fire as a result of which Patrol Police officer received multiple body injuries. After the shots fired by Bidzina Muradashvili, partner of the wounded police officer opened fire due to which Muradashvili received injuries. At this moment Patrol Police officer is undergoing surgery at the hospital. Bidzina Muradashvili was also transferred to the Central Republican Hospital his condition of health of health is critical.
Investigation regarding the mentioned fact is conducted by the investigative unit of the Tbilisi city Prosecutor’s Office.
