The officers of Patrol Police Department detained 5 persons under the Code of Administrative Offences (Unauthorized Modification on Functional structures, building facades, fences, pillars, vegetation, billboards, shop windows and etc.) and article 173 (disobedience to the demand of the law enforcer).
Group of young people painted hand-rails of Baratashvili Bridge, which is prohibited by the law and defaces whole landscape. Law enforcers demanded from the group to stop illegal activity which was left without response. Thus all members of the group were taken under arrest by the Patrol Police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
