Employees of Emergency Situations Management Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of intensive search activities held in Mtkvari river bed, found the body of a young man, who was missing.
Report on disappearance of a young man was received at the Ministry of Internal Affairs on August 18 of the recent year. Police and rescue teams made immediate response as soon as the report was received and as a result, intensive search activities were launched to establish the whereabouts of the missing person.
Regarding the mentioned fact, investigation is in progress under the article 143, implying illegal restriction of freedom under the Criminal Code of Georgia.
