Representatives of the MIA Academy have been trained on the issues of Human Resources Management. The training was conducted within the frames of the project “Human Resources Management” that has been implemented with the support of NATO-Georgia Professional Development Programme (PDP).
The training aimed at enhancing the capacity of employees of the MIA Academy on the issues of Human Resources Management.
The closing of the training was attended by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Aleksandre Darakhvelidze and the Head of the NATO Liaison Office in Georgia - Alexander Vinikov, who has addressed the participants.
The Deputy Minister and the Head of the NATO Liaison Office drew attention to the importance of the projects that are being implemented in the MIA Academy with the active support of the NATO-Georgia PDP. Aleksandre Darakhvelidze emphasized the results achieved within the frames of the project, in particular, the importance of the developed performance evaluation concept and updated job description of the MIA Academy personnel.
At the end of the event, Aleksandre Darakhvelidze expressed gratitude to the NATO-Georgia PDP Program for their support in developing the capabilities of the MIA Academy.
The respective certificates have been handed over to the participants by the Deputy Minister Aleksandre Darakhvelidze and the Head of the NATO Liaison Office in Georgia - Alexander Vinikov.
