The officers of Isani-Samgori Police VIII Division of Tbilisi Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained two persons: G.Kh. (DoB 1987) and P.S. (DoB 1976) for minor hooliganism.
On September 9 of the recent year, two citizens – G.Kh. and P.S. verbally assaulted two activists of “Strategy Aghmashenebeli” political party in vicinities of “Varketili” subway station.
Both offenders were taken under arrest by the law enforcers at the place of crime for minor hooliganism, crime envisaged under the Code of Administrative Offences, article 166.
