The Ministry of Internal Affairs continues effective fight against domestic violence and pursues a strict policy against such offenders.
Considering the recent situation, it is especially important to involve each member of the Georgian society in exposing crime and providing police with respective information on time.
Ministry of Internal Affairs, in coordination with Women’s Information Center has sent text messages to the population of Georgia on existing services and mechanisms of reporting on domestic violence to the police in Georgian, Azerbaijani and Armenian languages.
If you are a victim of the domestic violence or have the information on the supposed fact of domestic violence, dial emergency service number 112 or use the mobile application- 112.
