The officers of Tbilisi Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search and investigative activities, detained S.T. (DoB 1990) for premeditated murder and illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearm.
Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that V.Sh. visited T.S. residing on Pablo Picasso Street and inflicted multiple injuries with a cold steel to him. In response the detainee also inflicted multiple injuries with a pistol to V.Sh. Due to the received traumas the victim died at the place of crime.
S.T. left the crime scene and got admitted to the hospital, where he received respective medical aid.
The law enforcers have seized the weapon of crime as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder and illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearm, article 108 and 236, IV part of the Criminal Code.
