The officers of Didube-Chughureti police division under Tbilisi Police Department, as a result of operative-search activities detained the citizen of Ukraine – N.E. (DoB 1994) on the basis of the respective Court decision, for violence committed in group.
Committed crime envisages up to 2 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that on March 2, N.E. along with accompanying persons verbally and physically assaulted A.B. (DoB 1992) in vicinities of Tsereteli Avenue.
Addition investigative activities area held in order to identify others involved in the incident.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of for violence committed in group, article 126, I part of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
